Once we receive your payment it will take approximately 15 – 20 working days to make the blinds and have them at your place.

There are two payment options. Payment by credit card or debit card.

Its’ as easy as 1, 2 , 3 – just follow our step by step instructions on the website. Select the type of blinds you want, fill in the width and size, choose your colour and click on any accessories you want with the product.

Press save to cart and you’re done!

We’ll send you an email confirming the order right after you place it. If for some reason you don’t get the confirmation order (check your junk mail box) just email us again.

Generally we can’t change an order once you’ve placed it so please triple check everything before you send your order in. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to change it but you must contact us immediately via email.

Because we are an online only business you will need to contact us via email.

If the damage is visible please note that to the courier driver or company immediately. Try to take photos of the damage.

Then contact us within 5 days of receiving the blinds so a claim can be lodged with the freight company and we will take the necessary steps to get the damage product repaired or replaced.

If we do not receive notification within 5 days, the claim may not be accepted.

Most courier companies require a signature when delivering goods to confirm delivery, if you are not home they may leave a card in your letterbox that you can use to arrange delivery or collection.

We are making the blinds from the measurements you provide so again please triple check your measurements and watch our video to find out how. If the product you have ordered is to big we may be able to reduce the size of it for you (but there will be costs involved), if it is to small then we will probably need to remake a new product for you.

Yes, we have a full 3 year warranty covering any manufacturing/product faults. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect installation.
